“Parsley”: "Peione" Large leaves with great flavor. Dark green, flat leaves with strong stems. Use leaves for garnishes, salads, and cooking.

“Purslane”: "Green", "Golden" Purslane has tender stems and juicy leaves that are excellent added to salads and can be pickled. Naturally high in antioxidants and a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids and vitamins. Adds dimension to dishes with a salty, slightly sour flavor.
